Grilled Beef Kebabs

Krista at Healthy Casa shares how she uses Grassfed Cattle Co. beef to make delicious, healthy beef kebabs!

We purchased a new Blackstone Products grill this past week for our camper and thought we’d give it a test run at home this weekend with some kebabs.

I can’t tell you the last time I made kebabs, but I was instantly reminded of how much I love the flavor once we dug into our meal. We made this plateful with Grassfed Cattle Co. sirloin steak and veggie scraps like peppers and brussell sprouts I had hanging in the fridge.

Kebabs can be a fun way to do things like use up odds and ends, get in a variety of vegetables or even give everyone a chance to, in a sense, build their own meal. Using them is also an easy way to give kids choice in what they’d like to grill up!

The following are some great veggies to try for your next round of ‘babs:

Brussell sprouts
Peppers
Onions
Sweet Potato
Broccoli
Zucchini
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Eggplant
Corn on the cob (sliced)

Pair your veggies with a protein, fruit like pineapple for a touch of sweetness and/or a marinade with your favorite herbs and spices. The beauty of kebabs is you don’t really need a recipe & they are completely customizable!
