As farmers we never really thought of ourselves as small business owners. We woke up, went outside to do chores and take care of the cattle and crops. It wasn’t until we began selling the meat from our farm directly to customers like you that we began thinking about all things small business. Our appreciation for all that small businesses do to keep our country and our farm running grew tremendously. We depend on a variety of small businesses to be able to raise healthy livestock on pasture, provide nutritious grass fed meat for your family and everything in between!
Our local well company who never hesitates to come out in the middle of a polar vortex to get a water line unfrozen and keep our cattle hydrated.

To celebrate, we are offering great discounts on half pigs, raised with care by Dave and Jodi, local farmers who take pride in raising some of the best high quality pasture raised pork out there. We are also offering discounts on our whole pastured chickens, raised here on our farm. They are processed at a local butcher shop that was just purchased by a young family who we first met in college at the University of Minnesota - small world!
