Steak Butter!

 

Who doesn't love steak butter?  This recipe, courtesy of 100 Days of Real Food, would go great with any of our tender, 100% grass fed beef steaks - tenderloin, ribeye, sirloin or new york strip.  Give it a try - serves 4-5.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened

  • 1 tablespoon loosely packed fresh parsley leaves

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor until smooth. Smear over warm steaks and serve.
