Our First Farm Event — Grass Fed Cattle Co.

On August 28, we hosted our first event on the farm! It was a dream come true. If you were here, you know a few tears of joy and gratefulness were shed for all those who have supported Grassfed Cattle Co and our farm.

We had an absolute blast seeing some of our fantastic customers experience the farm we get to enjoy each day.

We led optional 3 mile and 1 mile hikes through the farm, and talked all things soil health, cattle and chicken care and answered lots of other questions. It was fun to watch the kids pick flowers, see grasshoppers and other bugs and jump over a few cow pies too! We enjoyed some well deserved pastured meat and cheese donated by Organic Valley.

We listened to live music during our happy hour featuring Forgotten Star Brewing beer and seltzer!

Everyone loved watching the cows grazing in the pasture just a few yards away from our big tent. About 100 people joined us for a delicious meal catered by Meatheads made from local products from our incredible farmer friends.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the trip to our farm. Keep an eye out, we already have plans for another farm event in 2023... And we have a feeling we might need a bigger tent too!
