Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
4 Grassfed Cattle Co. Chicken Thighs (1.5-2 lbs total)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice (or juice from half a lemon)
3 tbsp melted pastured butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine all marinade ingredients and stir.
Coat chicken thighs in marinade, including under the skin. Place chicken thighs skin up in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over skins.
Bake for 40 minutes. Broil for an additional 5 minutes or until the skins are crispy. We also check the internal temperature of chicken is at least 165 F and let it rest for a few minutes after cooking.
