Who doesn't love steak butter? This recipe, courtesy of 100 Days of Real Food, would go great with any of our tender, 100% grass fed beef steaks - tenderloin, ribeye, sirloin or new york strip. Give it a try - serves 4-5.
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon loosely packed fresh parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor until smooth. Smear over warm steaks and serve.
