Whisk mayonnaise, tabasco, tomato paste and garlic together.  Spread on baguette.  For an easy and healthy addition toss shredded carrots, cucumbers and lettuce with rice vinegar and a pinch of sugar and pile on top of the burger. Top with burger with jalapeño for an extra kick!
