Order:

Place an order for our local, 100% grass fed beef by clicking on one of our packages to the left.

Pick-up:

Once your order is placed we will schedule a time that is convenient for you to swing by our 50th and France Ave. location in Edina.

Beef CSA:

We offer a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) approach to buying beef. This means you can place an order for an Eighth or Quarter beef and pick-up throughout the year in multiple smaller packages, at a time that is convenient for you.

Packaging:

Your order will come flash frozen and wrapped in vacuum sealed packaging, preserving the freshness and quality. The ground beef will be wrapped in 1 lb. packages . Each cut will come labeled with the name of the cut and weight. The beef will be packaged in a box (1 box for an 1/8 and 2 boxes for a 1/4) which are easy to load in your car. You do not need to bring a cooler unless you do not plan on traveling home after you pick up your beef.
