Eighth Beef Package

We are taking $100 deposits for packages that will be available for pick up early-mid December (approx. 47 – 50 lbs. of beef at $9.50/lb)


  • New York Strip Steak (3)
  • Sirloin Steak (2)
  • Rib Eye Steak (3)
  • Tenderloin Steak (2)
  • Arm Roast or Rump Roast (1)
  • Sirloin Tip Roast (1)
  • Chuck Roast (2-3)
  • Brisket/Flank/Skirt Steak (one of the three)
  • Soup Bones (1)
  • Short Ribs (1)
  • Stew Meat (2)
  • Liver (1)
  • Ground Beef (20 – 24 1lb packages)

The Grass Fed Cattle Co. will make substitutions in equal or greater value in the rare event that a cut of beef is unavailable.

Scheduling Pick-Up

  • Once your order is placed you will be sent a link to schedule your pick-up though our online scheduler, BookFresh, at our 50th and France Edina location.

Other Payment Options

  • Cash, check or credit: Place your order by calling 612-581-7787 or e-mailing abby@grassfedcattleco.com.  Bring your preferred payment at the time of pick-up.
  • Three month check payment plan: divide your total by three and bring three checks (two postdated) to your pick-up.  First check is dated for your pick-up date, second check for the following month and third check for the following month.
  • Once your order is placed you will be able to schedule a pick-up date and time.
